How to make it?

Marinate

30 min

Toss the chicken thighs with cumin, paprika flakes, crushed garlic and lemon juice, and marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Roast

40 min

Roast the chicken thighs in an oven preheated to 200°C for 40 minutes.

Make the Sauce

10 min

Blend the green chili with garlic and lemon juice to make the aji sauce.

Assemble the Sandwiches

15 min

Pull the cooked chicken off the bone, tuck it into the bread and drizzle with the aji sauce before serving.

Reminder

Marinate the chicken in the fridge, not at room temperature. Allergens: contains gluten (bread).

Tavuk butlarını ilk kez böyle marine ettim, kimyon ve pul biberin kokusu fırından taşınca herkes mutfağa toplandı. Aji sosunu kendim hazırlamak biraz zaman aldı ama değdi.
