Phyllo triangles are filled with a mixture of white cheese and egg, folded and baked until golden, making tiropitakia, the small triangular cheese pastry of Greek cuisine.

Make the Filling

Mix the crumbled white cheese with the egg and dill.

Fold the Triangles

Cut the phyllo into long strips, brush with melted butter, place filling at one end and fold into triangles.

Bake

15 min

Bake the triangles in an oven preheated to 190°C for 15 minutes until golden.

Reminder

Work quickly when cutting the phyllo, or the exposed sheets will dry out and crack. Allergens: contains gluten (phyllo), dairy (white cheese, butter), egg.
