Sandwiches, burgers, and wraps
These rolls are made by wrapping leftover cooked meat with a mustard and pickle filling in lavash, then crisping them in an air fryer. They make a convenient snack that can be prepared ahead and frozen.
Combine the shredded beef, finely chopped pickles, dill, and black pepper in a bowl.
Spread a thin layer of mustard over each lavash, divide the filling among them, and roll tightly.
If you are not cooking the rolls right away, wrap them in plastic wrap and freeze. Otherwise, arrange them in the air fryer basket.
Cook the rolls in the air fryer until crisp and golden. If using frozen rolls, extend the cooking time slightly.
Wrap the rolls tightly in plastic wrap before freezing; exposure to air can cause freezer burn and dry out the lavash. If cooking the rolls from frozen, extend the air fryer time by a few minutes, since the centers may not heat through. Allergen: Contains wheat/gluten (lavash).
