This quick, light sandwich from Turkish cuisine is made by grilling a salmon fillet for a few minutes and wrapping it in lavash with a yogurt sauce. Its short cooking time makes it easy to prepare during a lunch break.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Grill the Salmon

8 min

Rub the salmon fillet with olive oil and salt. Grill over high heat for 4 minutes on each side.

2

Rest and Flake the Salmon

2 min

Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for 2 minutes, then use a fork to break it into large pieces.

3

Make the Sauce

3 min

Mix the strained yogurt with the lemon juice and dill.

4

Assemble and Serve

2 min

Divide the lettuce, salmon, and sauce among the lavash breads. Roll them up and serve.

Reminder

Let the salmon rest for 1–2 minutes after taking it off the grill; breaking it apart while hot may cause it to fall apart. Allergens: fish (salmon), wheat (gluten, lavash), and dairy (yogurt).

Öğlen molasında 15 dakikadan kısa sürede hazırladım, somonun ızgara kokusu ofise bile yayıldı.
