Inspired by Argentina's asado tradition, this sandwich features thin hake fillets briefly marinated in olive oil and lemon, then quickly grilled. Made in minutes with a dairy-free mayonnaise dressing, it works for lunchboxes and barbecue parties alike.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Prepare the fish

3 min

Toss the hake fillets with the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper and marinate briefly.

2

Grill

6 min

Cook the fillets on a hot grill for 3 minutes on each side, until lightly browned.

3

Assemble the sandwich

5 min

Spread mayonnaise inside the loaf, then add the lettuce and tomato. Top with the grilled fish and close the sandwich.

Reminder

Do not turn the hake too soon after putting it on the grill. Wait until it releases on its own, or it will break apart. Allergens: contains wheat (gluten), fish and eggs (mayonnaise).

3 dakika her taraf pişirince balık tam kıvamında kaldı, ne kurudu ne dağıldı, gerçekten pratikti.
