Sandwiches, burgers, and wraps
A Turkish street-food classic, köfte ekmek is made here by placing meatballs quickly cooked in an air fryer inside a baguette. Shaping the meatballs small is key to even cooking in the air fryer.
Knead the ground beef, grated onion, breadcrumbs, cumin, salt, and black pepper together and shape into small meatballs.
Cook in the air fryer at 200°C / 390°F for 10 minutes.
Split the baguette and fill it with the meatballs, kashar cheese, tomato, and lettuce. Serve.
Shape the meatballs small and evenly; larger meatballs may burn on the outside and remain raw inside in the air fryer. Allergens: contains wheat (gluten) and dairy (kashar cheese).
Köfteleri tarifteki gibi küçük yapmadım, biraz büyük şekillendirdim, dört porsiyonluk köfteler airfryer'da dışı koyulaştı ama içi 10 dakikada tam pişmedi, ortası pembe kaldı ve tekrar sepete koymak zorunda kaldım.
Boyut gerçekten kritik, büyük köftelerde süreyi birkaç dakika uzatmayı deneyebilirsiniz, ayrıca ortadan kesip kontrol etmeniz de işe yarar. Deneyiminiz için teşekkürler.
