Sandwiches, burgers, and wraps
Cubed beef cooks quickly until tender and juicy in a pressure cooker, then is wrapped in thin lavash and served. This convenient recipe cuts a dish that usually takes hours down to half an hour.
Brown the cubed beef with the onion in cooking oil in a pressure cooker until the beef changes color.
Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, water, salt, and black pepper, then close the lid. Once the pressure regulator starts rocking, lower the heat and cook for 25 minutes.
Warm the lavash lightly, divide the beef mixture and parsley among them, and roll up.
Be sure to lower the heat once the pressure regulator starts rocking, or the liquid in the cooker may evaporate too quickly. Warm the lavash lightly before wrapping so it does not crack when folded. Allergen: Contains wheat (gluten, lavash).
