Made without flour or sugar, this snack comes together in just a few minutes by kneading ground almonds, shredded coconut and coconut oil into small balls. Free of dairy, it also freezes well for anyone who likes to prepare snacks ahead of time.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Mix the dry ingredients

3 min

Mix the ground almond, shredded coconut, cinnamon and salt in a bowl.

2

Knead

5 min

Add the melted coconut oil and erythritol and knead for 5 minutes, until you get a sticky mixture.

3

Shape the balls

5 min

Take small portions of the mixture and roll them between your palms into balls.

Reminder

If the mixture sticks to your hands, dampen your palms slightly — the coconut oil can turn sticky as it warms. Keeps for a week in the fridge, or for months in the freezer. Allergens: contains tree nuts (almond).
