Made with almond flour and powdered sweetener, these cocoa mini cakes stay flour- and sugar-free, making them suitable for a ketogenic diet. Baked in small moulds, they pack individually into a lunchbox.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Make the batter

6 min

Whisk the eggs with the powdered sweetener until foamy. Add the melted butter and mix.

2

Add the dry ingredients

4 min

Sift the almond flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt into the mixture and stir until smooth.

3

Fill the moulds

3 min

Fill small silicone moulds two-thirds full with the batter.

4

Bake

12 min

Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 12 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.

5

Cool

5 min

Let them cool for 5 minutes before removing from the moulds.

Reminder

Do not fill the moulds more than two-thirds full, or the batter can overflow while baking. If the toothpick comes out wet, bake for 2 more minutes. Allergens: contains tree nuts (almond), egg, milk and dairy.
