Cumin and sweet paprika from Moroccan cuisine's spice repertoire quickly crisp up boiled chickpeas in the airfryer. A snack that empties bowls within minutes at a crowded table.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Toss together

5 min

Pat the chickpeas dry and toss with olive oil, cumin, paprika and salt.

2

Crisp up

10 min

Roast in the airfryer oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes until crisp.

3

Serve

2 min

Divide into bowls and serve right away while hot; it partly loses its crispness once cooled.

Reminder

Be sure to pat the chickpeas completely dry before air-frying; leftover moisture keeps them from crisping. If you don't have an airfryer, you can roast them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

Nohutları kurulamadan doğrudan airfryer'a attım, tarifteki 10 dakikanın sonunda hâlâ yumuşaktı ve dört porsiyonluk kâse çıtır çıkmadı, tekrar 8 dakika daha koymak zorunda kaldım, o yüzden kurulama adımını asla atlamayın.
