Boil the water
5 minBoil the water in a pot.
A herbal tea notable for its sharp tartness and deep red color, made by steeping dried hibiscus (karkade) flowers in boiling water. It can be served hot or chilled and served with ice.
Boil the water in a pot.
Remove the boiling water from the heat, add the hibiscus flowers, cover, and let steep for 10 minutes.
Strain the tea and serve hot with optional sugar, or you can also chill it and serve with ice.
Note: Prefer steeping the hibiscus rather than boiling it for long; extended boiling can make the taste too sharp.
Çocuklar sebzeli olduğunu fark etmeden yediler, bu da ayrı bir başarı. Doğum günü için denedim, davetliler çok beğendi. İkinci kez yapıyorum, ilkinden de güzel oldu.
