Flavored with Colombia's spicy green ají sauce, these egg cups are made by pouring grated potato, egg and fresh coriander into muffin tins and baking them. Made with little oil, this recipe is ready for a gathering table and freezes well for later.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Prepare the mixture

10 min

Whisk together the grated potato, egg, fresh coriander, spring onion, green chili pepper, lemon juice, salt and black pepper in a bowl.

2

Divide into the tins

5 min

Divide the mixture among greased muffin tins.

3

Bake

20 min

Bake in an oven preheated to 190°C for 20 minutes, until slightly puffed and colored on top.

Reminder

Be sure to squeeze the liquid out of the grated potato, otherwise the mixture turns watery and falls apart while baking. Allergens: contains egg.

Yeşil acı biber bulamadığım için az miktarda hazır acı sos kullandım, ají'nin o taze otsu tadını tam yakalayamadım ama yeterince acı oldu. Patatesin suyunu iyice sıkmak gerçekten fark yaratıyor, benimkiler dağılmadı.
