A vegan ice cream made simply by blending frozen banana, with no added milk or sugar. With its creamy texture and natural sweetness, it offers a practical and healthy cold dessert option.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Freeze the bananas

120 min

Peel and slice ripe bananas, and freeze them for at least two hours on a parchment-lined tray without letting them touch each other.

2

Blend

5 min

Put the frozen banana slices in a powerful blender. They'll crumble at first, then take on a creamy consistency; stop occasionally to scrape down the sides. Once smooth, serve as soft-serve, or freeze again for a firmer consistency.

Reminder

Important: Slicing the bananas and freezing them thoroughly is the key to a creamy texture; fresh bananas won't give you the desired texture. Stopping the blender occasionally to scrape down the sides gives a smoother result. For soft-serve, use it right away; for a firmer texture, freeze it again before serving.

Editor's Note Editörün Notu

Ripe, spotted bananas give the sweetest, creamiest result. Adding a spoon of cocoa, peanut butter, or a few strawberries creates different flavors.

Un miktarını biraz azaltınca kıvam daha iyi oldu.
