Pryaniki, the classic Russian honey-and-spice cookie, is baked here in the airfryer and finished with a lemony sugar glaze. Ginger, cinnamon and clove give it a warm aroma perfect for tea time.
Whisk the honey, melted butter, egg and spices (ginger, cinnamon, clove) together. Add the baking soda and flour to knead a soft dough.
Wrap the dough and chill it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Form small balls, flatten them slightly and arrange them in the airfryer basket.
Airfry at 170°C for 12 minutes. If you do not have an airfryer, bake on the middle rack of an oven preheated to 170°C for 12-14 minutes instead.
Mix the powdered sugar with the lemon juice and drizzle it over the warm cookies.
Do not shape the dough before it rests — cold dough can stick to the airfryer basket. Allergens: contains wheat (gluten), milk and dairy, egg.
İlk denememde hamuru dinlendirmeden şekillendirdim ve airfryer sepetine yapıştı, ikinci seferde 20 dakika buzdolabında bekletince sorun kalmadı; sepeti biraz daha bol yağlamak da yapışmayı önlemeye yardımcı oldu.
