A baby snack rich in probiotics and vitamins, combining strained yogurt and pear. It's a refreshing, mildly sweet option for babies transitioning to dairy from the eighth month onward.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Cook the pear

10 min

Dice the peeled pear and cook it over steam or with a little water for about ten minutes, until soft enough to mash with a fork.

2

Mash and add the yogurt

5 min

Mash the pear with a fork and let it cool. Once cooled, add the strained yogurt and mix, then serve fresh to your baby.

Reminder

Important: Do not add sugar to baby food; the pear's natural sweetness is enough. Use full-fat, additive-free strained yogurt. Introduce new foods one at a time and watch for signs of allergy; consult your doctor about your baby's diet. Prepare the mash fresh and consume it right away. Contains dairy.

Editor's Note Bebek Beslenme Notu

Lightly steaming the pear makes it easier to digest and increases its sweetness. Add the yogurt after the cooked pear has cooled; hot pear negatively affects the yogurt's probiotics.
