Sandwiches, burgers, and wraps
This wrap makes use of leftover meat from a Kazakh meal: cooked diced beef is warmed in a red pepper flake sauce and rolled in lavash. A tight roll is essential for a wrap that travels without falling apart, and it can also be prepared for freezing.
Warm the leftover diced beef in a frying pan with the onion and Turkish red pepper flakes.
Mix the yogurt, garlic, parsley and lemon juice.
Lay out the lavash, spread the warm meat and sauce over it, and roll up tightly.
Cut the wraps in half and serve.
Pull the lavash tight on the first turn. A loosely started roll will open and spill the meat. Allergens: contains wheat (gluten), and milk and dairy products (yogurt).
