This hearty bocadillo showcases Spanish sandwich culture, with beef that is pressure-cooked until tender in a short time and shredded with a fork. Because it uses little oil, it is low in calories and contains no nuts.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Sear the Beef

5 min

Sear the beef cubes in olive oil in the pressure cooker over high heat for 5 minutes.

2

Add the Vegetables

3 min

Add the garlic and onion and cook for 3 minutes, then add the tomato sauce, salt, and black pepper.

3

Pressure-Cook

20 min

Add a small amount of water and close the pressure cooker. Cook for 20 minutes from the first whistle.

4

Shred and Fill

7 min

After the pressure has released naturally, shred the beef with two forks. Fill the baguettes with the beef and serve.

Reminder

Never force the pressure cooker open; wait for the pressure to release naturally. Allergen: Contains wheat (gluten).

Misafirlerime akşam yemeğinde yaptım, yirmi dakikada düdüklüden çıkması işime çok yaradı; herkes ekmeğini ikinci kez doldurdu.

Düdüklüde yirmi dakikada et pamuk gibi yumuşadı, çatalla dağılırken hiç zorlanmadım; ailece çok beğendik.
