A common way Cuban cooks turn leftover ground beef into a new meal the next day, this dish is made by simmering the cooked meat with tomato, olives and fresh cilantro into a sauce and tossing it with spaghetti. Being quick to put together makes it a practical fix for busy evenings.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Make the meat sauce

10 min

Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil, then add the pre-cooked ground beef, grated tomato and olives, and cook for 10 minutes.

2

Boil the spaghetti

9 min

Boil the spaghetti in salted water for 9 minutes.

3

Toss and serve

2 min

Toss the drained spaghetti with the sauce and serve topped with fresh cilantro.

Reminder

Don't drain the spaghetti completely before mixing it with the sauce — a ladle of the pasta water stirred in keeps it from being too dry. Allergens: contains gluten (spaghetti).

Kalan kıymayı bu şekilde değerlendirmek harika bir fikirmiş, zeytin ve kişniş sosa taze bir dokunuş katıyor.
