Made by blending leftover boiled potato with tuna and cheese and cooking it in the airfryer, these croquettes carry a mild kick and fit easily into a lunchbox or a table set for a crowd. With no deep-frying oil, they are lighter than a regular croquette.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Make the filling

15 min

Mash the leftover boiled potatoes in a bowl. Add the drained tuna, egg, grated cheese, parsley, pepper flakes and salt, and mix until you get a uniform filling.

2

Shape the croquettes

15 min

Take pieces of about 30 grams from the filling and shape them into cylindrical croquettes. Coat the croquettes first in flour, then in breadcrumbs.

3

Cook in the airfryer

15 min

Arrange the croquettes in a single layer in the airfryer basket and spray them lightly with oil. Cook for 15 minutes until golden, turning once halfway through.

Reminder

Leave space between the croquettes in the basket; ones that touch can stick together and lose their shape. Allergens: contains wheat (gluten), milk and dairy, egg and fish.

Editor's Note Editörün Notu

If you want to leave the heat out entirely for children, you can skip the pepper flakes and sprinkle them only onto the croquettes set aside for the adults' table.
