Bring the water to a boil and remove from the heat.
Add the sage leaves to the boiled water, cover, and let it steep for 5-8 minutes.
Strain the tea, divide among cups, and if desired sweeten with honey and serve hot.
Important: Don't boil the sage tea for long; just add it to boiled water and steep, as boiling leaves a bitter taste. Note: Those on regular medication should consult their doctor, since interactions should be considered with heavy consumption.

Ölçüleri gram cinsinden verseniz daha net olur, bardak ölçüsü bende farklı çıktı. Bekletme süresini kısalttım, yine de güzel açıldı.
Bekletme süresini atladım, tadı biraz eksik kaldı. Bende biraz kurudu, muhtemelen fazla pişirdim. İlk seferde dağıldı, ikinci denemede daha iyi tutundu.
