A sugar-free baby snack from American kitchens, pear chips are made by slowly drying thin pear slices in the airfryer. Diabetic-friendly and naturally sweet, they make a safe finger food for little hands.
Core the pears and slice them thinly to 2 millimetres, then toss gently with the lemon juice.
Sprinkle the cinnamon evenly over the slices.
Arrange the slices in a single layer in the airfryer basket and dry at 90°C for fifteen minutes, flipping once. If you do not have an airfryer, dry the same slices in an oven preheated to 100°C for forty minutes.
If you slice the pieces too thick, they take longer to dry and the centre stays moist; slice as thin as possible.
If you want to freeze them, let the chips cool completely before sealing them in an airtight container, or they will absorb moisture and turn soft.

Vanilya denemesi güzel bir fikir, özellikle baharata henüz alışkın olmayan bebekler için iyi bir başlangıç olabilir. Kalınlık konusunda haklısınız, iki milimetreyi geçmemeye çalışın.
