Made by cooking whole wheat pasta together with vegetables in a single pressure-cooker batch, this recipe keeps the dish washing down while keeping the calorie count low. The light-oil sauce also makes it a workable option for a late-night bite.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Sauté the vegetables

8 min

Sauté the onion in the olive oil, add the zucchini and carrot cubes and cook for 5 more minutes.

2

Add the pasta

3 min

Add the pasta, tomato sauce, water and salt, and stir together.

3

Pressure-cook

7 min

Close the pressure cooker lid and cook under pressure for 7 minutes, then release the pressure right away.

4

Stir and serve

5 min

Open the lid and stir the pasta well, then let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Reminder

Use less water than usual when pressure-cooking pasta, or it can boil over under pressure. Allergens: contains gluten (whole wheat pasta).

7 dakika basınçta pişirmek gerçekten yeterli, makarna ne lapa ne diri, tam kıvamında çıktı.
