Inspired by the cuisine of Egypt's Nile Valley, this baby food quickly grills sea bass fillet and blends it with boiled potato until smooth. Its sugar-free, salt-free composition makes it a diabetes-friendly option for babies.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Grill the sea bass

6 min

Grill the sea bass fillet on a lightly oiled grill for 3 minutes per side, until the flesh turns opaque white.

2

Check for bones

4 min

Flake the cooked sea bass with a fork and carefully pick out any remaining fine bones with your fingers.

3

Blend until smooth

4 min

Blend the sea bass with the pre-boiled potato, olive oil and a few spoonfuls of water until completely smooth.

Reminder

Checking for bones against the light makes the small ones easier to spot; never skip this step. If the purée is too thick, add a few more spoonfuls of the boiling water. Allergens: contains fish.

Editor's Note Editörün Notu

Sea bream can be used instead of sea bass, giving a purée with a similarly soft texture.
