A mango purée notable for its soft texture and natural sweetness. This tropical fruit, high in vitamin C, offers a different taste experience for babies starting on solid food from the sixth month onward.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

5 min

Wash the mango and peel it, remove the pit, and cut into cubes.

2

3 min

Blend the chopped mango until smooth; if the consistency is too thick, add water little by little.

Reminder

Important: Don't add sugar to baby food; the mango's natural sweetness is enough. Follow the three-day rule when introducing new foods and watch for signs of allergy. Consult your pediatrician about feeding schedules. Consume the puree fresh; store it in the refrigerator for a maximum of twenty-four hours.

Editor's Note Bebek Beslenme Notu

Choosing a well-ripened mango makes the puree softer and sweeter. There's no need to cook it; the puree can also be prepared by blending raw mango.

Baharat miktarı bana ağır geldi, biraz azaltılabilir. Bu tarifin klasik versiyonunu farklı biliyordum, yine de denemek güzeldi.
